OUR STORY

Hi, I’m the face behind Krystals and Kundan, a family-run little dream born from my lifelong love of jewellery. I’ve always been a collector, obsessed with everything from bold Polki sets to delicate Kundan pieces. One day I thought, why not share what I love and maybe make a little extra to support the family while I’m at it? And that’s how this journey started.


Every piece in this collection is handpicked or custom-made with so much care. I look for things that are both modern and traditional, something you can wear to awedding or just because you feel like treating yourself. Most of what I offer is Kundan, Polki, and beautiful bridal sets all high-quality, handmade, and often imported treasures.


But this brand is about more than jewellery. It’s about women supporting women. I
believe we rise by lifting each other up. Society’s tried to make us feel like we have to compete but honestly, we’re stronger when we stand together. This brand is my little way of saying: I see you, queen. Let me help fix your crown.
We’re mums, daughters, sisters, and more and we deserve to shine, follow our passions, and never feel like we’re not enough. I'm just a proud Gen X woman doing things the old-school way with heart, honesty, and a love for people.


Based in Melbourne, I love offering a personal, face-to-face experience, but who knows maybe these pieces will find their way across the world one day. Wherever you’re from, I’m so glad you’re here.

OUR VALUES

Returns and Refund Policy 

Customers can return items within 28–30 days with proof of purchase, provided the jewellery is unused, in original condition and with tags/packaging. Some jewellery items such as earrings or body jewellery may not be returned for hygiene reasons. However, under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if an item is faulty, unsafe or not as described. 

 Faulty Goods and Warranty Policy 

If a product has a manufacturing fault, customers should contact the business within a reasonable time and provide proof of purchase. The business will assess the item and offer a repair, exchange or refund depending on the issue. Short warranties (e.g. 3–6 months) can be provided for certain products. This helps build trust and ensures compliance with consumer guarantees. 

 Privacy and Customer Data Policy

The business will collect customer information only when necessary, such as during purchases, loyalty programs or promotions. Personal information will be used for order processing, marketing (with consent), and improving services. Browsing data such as IP address or website usage may also be collected for statistical purposes, but not to personally identify customers without permission. 

 Exchange and Proof of Purchase Policy 

Customers must provide a receipt, bank statement or order confirmation for refunds or exchanges. If proof of purchase is unavailable, the business may offer an exchange or store credit instead. Returned items must be in saleable condition, and refunds will generally be made to the original payment method. 

Shipping Policy 

 

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier services and peak periods such as sales or holidays. Customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once the order has been shipped. The business is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value, while standard shipping fees will apply to smaller orders. International shipping timeframes and costs will vary. 

Jewellery Care Policy 

 

Our jewellery is designed to be stylish and long-lasting when properly cared for. To maintain quality and shine, customers should:

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals  

• Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping  

• Store pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in a pouch or jewellery box  

• Clean gently with a soft cloth after wearing

 

Normal wear and tear, tarnishing due to exposure, or damage caused by improper care may not be considered a manufacturing fault.
